What are your hours of operation?
Depending on your schedule and mine we can schedule sessions on a weekly basis or pick a set day and time for each week.
What do I need to bring?
- Water
- Wear workout attire
- Indoor (or clean) shoes
- Hand wraps and gloves*
*If you don't have gloves we have some you can borrow.
Do you have showers at the facility?
Yes, you will have access to the change room at Club Phoenix.

Where can we park if there's no parking left in the lot?
if there are no more "club Phoenix " designated spots left you can park across the street at Walmart. And you can park in the splashes parking lot after 5pm and anytime on Sunday.
