At the start of your 30 Minute Introductory Session, you will be asked a few questions, and your answers will help me tailor our sessions to you, your fitness level, and any limitations. You can expect to answer questions like:

At the end of the Free 30 Minute Intro Session, you will have a sense of what the sessions are like and how I coach. There will also be time to discuss scheduling and packages.

Payment
If you love the Intro Session, we will discuss which package is best for you and schedule your first session. A $100 deposit toward the package will be required upon sign up to reserve your training spot, and the remaining is due either on or before the first session of the package.
Waitlisted:
If there are no spots available, you can put a $50 deposit down to stay on the list. If no spots become available within 30 days of being on the list, you will have the option of a refund or to continue waiting. While on the waitlist, you will receive weekly homework to prepare you for the training. You will also have the option of training with a different trainer.
Existing Clients:
With three sessions left on your package, we will do a check-in to see what you want to do going forward (continue training with me, transition into group classes or move on to another venture entirely). If you want to continue training with me, a 100$ deposit toward your new package will be needed to hold your spot, and the rest will be due on or before the first session of the new package.
